Opening An Account With Sun Canyon Is Easy
Here Is What You Will Need For A Quick Application:
Personal Information
You will need to provide the following:
- Social Security Card
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Physical & Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Date Of Birth
- Employment/Occupation (If currently unemployed, answer with most recent employment. If you are a student with no previous job, answer "student" for employment and your school name for occupation.)
Valid ID
You will need one current ID. Choose from:
- State Driver's License
- State ID Card
- Passport Book
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
Address Verification
If you did not provide a driver's license as your ID, we will need to verify your address through other methods. Choose from:
- Property Tax Bill
- Phone Or Utility Bill
- Insurance Card
Deposit
To open an account, you will be asked to make a minimum deposit. You can do that in two ways:
- Provide the account and routing numbers of your current banking relationship.
- Transfer funds from digital banking with existing bank account. Have your login information available.
Note that online applicants must be 18 years old and a US Citizen with a US address. Only available to current residents of Arizona (state offerings may expand.) Federal law requires banks to obtain and verify your identity to help fight fraud.
